ARTICLE 2 - Rates, quotes, orders on the website

The company NATURACIL reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, the price indicated in the confirmation of the order being the definitive price.

The payment itself will be considered as definitive only after actual receipt of the funds by the company NATURACIL.

2) In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, in case of distance selling, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the confirmation of his order , without having to justify reasons, or to pay penalties, except, if necessary, management fees.

Gift vouchers sent home
The sale of gift certificates sent home is materialized by sending the Customer an invoice corresponding to the order. The company NATURACIL will do its best to ship as soon as possible the gift certificate by default to the address of the buyer. If the customer wishes to send the gift voucher to another address, it will then contact NATURACIL directly to make the request.

The gift voucher has a validity period of 12 months.

The sale of gift vouchers sent by email is materialized by the sending to the Customer of an invoice corresponding to the order as well as the immediate sending by email of a gift voucher to the beneficiary.

ARTICLE 3 - Payment of the prize

The provision of services is carried out against payment by the Customer of the total price corresponding to the chosen service, in the NATURACIL establishment.

The price is payable in full and in one payment to the order and is worth confirmation of order.

Payment is made by credit card, accepted cards are: CB, VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL CREDIT CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

ARTICLE 4 - Provision of benefits

The services ordered by the Customer will be provided upon presentation of the order confirmation in the NATURACIL establishment.

If NATURACIL is unable to provide the service purchased during the validity period of the voucher, NATURACIL undertakes to refund the price of the voucher or a credit of the same amount. within a maximum of 15 days, by crediting the credit card charged to the order, excluding any compensation or withholding.

To cancel or modify a reservation, the Customer must contact the NATURACIL establishment at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of the appointment. After this period, NATURACIL will be entitled to consider the service as completed.

ARTICLE 5 - Liability of the provider

The services provided by the NATURACIL website comply with the regulations in force in France.

As such, as soon as any reservation on the Site has been made and the desired service will be available, the contract will be concluded between the Client and the NATURACIL Institution.

The company NATURACIL will not be considered responsible or defective for any delay or non-performance resulting from the occurrence of a case of force majeure usually recognized by French case law.
